What is the use and process of sandblasting machine?

First, how to use.
1. Before use
Turn on the air source and power supply of the sandblasting machine, and turn on the power switch on the electrical box. The pressure of compressed air entering the spray gun through the pressure reducing valve is between 0.4~0.6MPa. When choosing the right sandblasting machine bin to add sand, be sure to add it slowly to avoid clogging.
2. In use
To stop using the sandblasting machine, the power and air supply of the sandblasting machine must be cut off. Inspect the parts for abnormalities and frequently check that the pipe connections are secure. Do not throw anything other than the specified abrasive into the studio to avoid affecting the circulation of the abrasive. The surface of the machined workpiece should be dry.

Note: Do not start the compressed air when the gun is not secured or held!
3. After use
If you need to stop the processing urgently, press the emergency stop button switch, and the sandblasting machine will stop working. Cut off the power and air supply of the machine. If you want to stop a shift change, clean the workpiece, turn off the gun switch and let it flow back to the separator. Turn off the dust collector. Turn off the power switch on the electrical box.
Process
Add 3-1 abrasives.
Directly from the blasting chamber, the loading capacity is approx. 50kg. (Note: In the process of adding abrasives, add a small amount in the studio to prevent the sand pipe from clogging)
3-2 Adjustment of blasting volume.
Adjust the position of the inlet adjustment rod so that the end of the adjustment rod is exposed in the appropriate position, so as to control the amount of abrasive entering the sand pipe.

3-3 Dust removal
Clean the ash every 4-8 hours, the specific operation is: turn off the power switch, push and pull the vibrating valve for 1-2 minutes, shake off the dust in the dust bag, and then open the dust removal bottom cover box and fill the container with dust (the dust removal fan must be turned off when vibrating the bag).
3-4 Power on and off.
A. Turn on the power switch, the light is on, and then turn on the dust removal switch, sandblasting switch, conveying switch and swing switch respectively.
B In the sandblasting process, the spray gun should maintain an appropriate spraying distance and angle with the workpiece, so that the surface of the workpiece is sandblasted evenly and achieve satisfactory results.
