The laser gun is installed separately, making it possible to perform large-area, one-time construction while maintaining a consistent ground level. The ground level is not affected by the pattern plates, eliminating random errors. Large-area, one-time construction reduces the number of joints, thereby lowering subsequent ground maintenance costs.

The integrated leveling head includes a scraper blade, vibrator, vibrating plate, screw conveyor, and other components, combining the processes of mixing, leveling, vibrating, etc., to complete the work in one sequence. This improves efficiency and reduces costs. It can maintain the level of the working surface even when the ground base is uneven with bumps or slopes. The square-end vibrating plate operates at a high frequency of 4,000 vibrations per minute, ensuring concrete floors with high strength and resistance to deformation. This effectively prevents floor issues such as bubbling, delamination, cracking, and unevenness.

Elevation is automatically measured by the laser measurement and control system, and the ground height is automatically adjusted by the computer system in the laser machine. As a result, precision leveling can be performed directly on the concrete surface, and ground flatness is not affected by the pattern plates. Without the need for formwork, material and labor costs, as well as the construction period, are significantly reduced. The machine can complete more than 300 square meters per hour, equating to 3,000–5,000 square meters per day.
