Performance Characteristics
One machine can be used for multiple purposes. By replacing various molds and accurately adjusting and controlling the vehicle status, precise slipform paving of road drainage ditches, drain channels, curbs, shoulder stones, concrete guardrails, and farmland water conservancy ditches can be achieved.
The machine features a three-track walking system with independent hydraulic drive and proportional control two-speed motors. It uses a large speed-ratio planetary gear reducer and a paving speed closed-loop control system with PID regulation to ensure stability during low-speed paving and improve the quality of slipform paving. The three-track steering system is equipped with displacement sensors, enabling crab walking and coordinated steering. It has a small turning radius, ensuring quick positioning of the equipment.
The engine delivers strong power and complies with National Phase IV emission standards. The hydraulic system adopts load-sensitive variable control, supplying oil according to the actual load and speed. This results in low fuel consumption, energy saving, and environmental protection.
The operator platform is designed for ease of use. It includes a human-machine interactive control screen and clear graphical identification symbols, making operation simple and user-friendly. It is also equipped with an Internet of Things (IoT) platform, construction management and monitoring systems, and an optional remote control device.
Steering and lifting are controlled using hydraulic proportional control and are equipped with two longitudinal slope sensors, one inclination sensor, and two steering sensors. Sensors and controllers use CAN bus communication to enhance response speed and stability, ensure accurate linear control, and enable overlay paving.
Depending on the working conditions, left-side, right-side, or central paving can be achieved. The mold-fixing device uses hydraulic horizontal and vertical two-way adjustments for quick mold replacement.
The inclination and extension of the auger feeding device are hydraulically adjustable, making it easy to operate and adaptable to various working conditions. The large storage space enables secondary mixing of cement concrete.
The machine has a compact structure, meeting the requirements for container transportation.
