YG photovoltaic pile driver is a special equipment optimized for the construction of photovoltaic power station foundation piles. It usually adopts a compact and flexible crawler or wheeled chassis so that it can be easily moved on uneven field sites. The main structure of the equipment includes a sturdy mast (for guiding and supporting the drill/pile body), a powerful power head (providing the energy required for piling), and a clamp that can firmly clamp piles of various shapes (such as H-beam, C-beam, round pipe). The mainstream photovoltaic pile driver is driven by a hydraulic system, so it is also called a hydraulic photovoltaic pile driver. The hydraulic system and control system of the entire equipment work together to achieve precise control of the piling process. YG's pile driver is made of high-strength wear-resistant materials, and key hydraulic components are selected from well-known domestic and foreign brands to ensure the reliable operation of the equipment in various harsh environments. YG Photovoltaic Pile Driver Features and Technical Parameters:
- Adapt to a variety of piling methods: Support impact, vibration, spiral drilling, and other piling modes, and can choose the most effective construction method according to different geological conditions (such as soil, sand, gravel, and some rocks).
- Powerful power and torque: Equipped with a high-power engine and a high-torque power head, it can easily cope with various hardness strata to ensure that the pile body is smoothly buried.
- High-precision positioning and control: The mast can adjust the angle and height, and cooperate with the precise feeding system to ensure that the verticality and burial depth of the pile body meet the design requirements.
- Flexible pile clamping: The clamp is cleverly designed to quickly replace the clamp to adapt to photovoltaic bracket piles of different cross-sectional shapes and sizes.
- Good site adaptability: The crawler chassis has low ground pressure and strong climbing ability, which can easily cope with complex terrains such as deserts, tidal flats, hills, etc.
- Easy and safe operation: The centralized hydraulic joystick or remote control system makes the operation intuitive and convenient; multiple safety protection devices ensure construction safety.
Working Principle of Photovoltaic Pile Driver:
The working principle of photovoltaic pile driver is relatively intuitive, mainly relying on the energy provided by the power head to force the pile body into or screw into the ground. The specific process is usually: the equipment moves to the preset pile position, and the operator puts the pile body into the clamp through the control system and aligns it with the pile position and verticality. Then, start the power head and select the impact, vibration, or rotation mode according to the geological conditions.
- Impact type: The power head generates high-frequency impact force through the hammer mechanism to drive the pile body into the ground like a nail.
- Vibration type: The power head generates high-frequency vibration to reduce the friction resistance between the pile body and the soil, so that the pile body sinks under the action of its own weight and downward thrust.
- Auger drilling type (for spiral piles): The power head provides a strong rotational torque to screw the spiral pile into the soil like a screw, while providing a certain amount of downward force.
No matter which method, the power head transfers energy to the pile body through the clamp, overcomes the resistance of the soil, and gradually drives the pile body into the ground until the design depth or bearing capacity requirements are reached. The entire process is powered by the hydraulic system of the hydraulic photovoltaic pile driver, which provides powerful power and precise control.
