The most significant difference from traditional vibratory hammers lies in their ingenious design that eliminates harmful horizontal vibration transmission.

1. Dual-axis (or multi-axis) counter-rotation:

The device houses at least two shafts equipped with eccentric weights, driven by high-performance hydraulic motors to rotate synchronously at identical speeds but in opposite directions.

2. Self-balancing centrifugal force:

• When a single eccentric shaft rotates, it generates a powerful unidirectional centrifugal force (excitation force), causing intense horizontal vibration of the machine body.
• When both shafts rotate synchronously in opposite directions, the centrifugal forces they produce horizontally are constantly equal in magnitude and opposite in direction, canceling each other out.
• Vertically, the centrifugal forces from both shafts combine to form a powerful, directional vertical vibratory force.

3. Results:

• Effective Vibration: The powerful vertical vibratory force is entirely utilized to drive pile bodies (e.g., steel pipe piles, sheet piles, concrete piles) into or out of the ground, liquefying the soil and significantly reducing lateral friction resistance.
• Harmless: Theoretically, the horizontal forces transmitted to the frame and crane approach zero, protecting the main equipment. More importantly, horizontal vibration waves are virtually not transmitted to the surrounding strata, preventing damage to nearby buildings, underground pipelines, or sensitive equipment.
