BW Mud Pump

BW mud pumps are equipped with drilling rigs to drill holes with mud. During drilling mud pump pumps slurry to the hole to provide coat to the wall, to lubricate the drilling tools, and to carry the rock debris up to the ground. It is applied to geological core drilling and prospecting drilling with a depth of less than 1500 meters.

1. It has four flow rates that can meet the needs of large and small-diameter drilling rigs, with a large flow adjustment range and reasonable parameter selection. It can be used with various types of drilling rigs. It can meet the needs of core drilling with different diameters, different hole depths, and different geological conditions.
2. Five dustproof seals are provided on the pull rod to prevent the mud at the hydraulic end from being brought into the power end and the power end lubricating oil filter. After many production tests, it has been proved that the seal is reliable and the performance is good. As a result, the service life of the gear is extended.
3. The inlet and outlet valves use steel balls. A sound-reducing rubber pad is provided on the valve cover to reduce impact noise.
4. The pressure gauge uses a seismic pressure gauge with a long service life.
5. The structure is compact and the shape is beautiful.
6. Good disassembly, easy to repair and relocate.
