Working Principle of Rock Splitter

 

Usually the compressive strength of the broken rock is very high, but the tensile strength is low. The static explosion rock splitter uses ultra-high-pressure oil as the energy source. The ultra-high-pressure oil output by the hydraulic power station is driven by the mechanical amplification of the supercharger. The oil cylinder in the splitting rod generates a huge driving force, causing the splitting machine to push the hydraulic jack in the splitting rod outward to expand and crack the rock. The hydraulic pressure is extremely high in an instant, reaching a splitting force of several thousand tons, making it easy to split the rock from inside the rock. The hard rock is split and the object is split in a predetermined direction to achieve the purpose of expansion, crushing and excavation.

When the rock splitting machine is working, you can use a rock drill and a down-the-hole drill to drill a large hole with a hole depth of at least 1-2 meters.
