The working principle of the YG crack sealing machine is to heat efficiently and stably output crack sealing materials. First, solid block or strip crack sealing materials (usually asphalt-based or polymer-based sealants used in asphalt pavement crack sealer machines) are placed into the equipment's heat-insulating heating tank from the feed port. The heating system is started (heating the heat transfer oil circulation through a gas burner, or directly heating the tank body) to heat the sealing material in the tank body. During the heating process, the internal mechanical stirring device will continue to operate at a low speed to promote uniform heating of the sealing material, accelerate melting, and maintain uniform temperature and consistency of the molten material to prevent local overheating or burning, and also prevent solid impurities from precipitating and blocking the discharge port.

When the sealing material is heated and melted and reaches the required injection temperature (precisely monitored and controlled by a temperature sensor), the operator opens the discharge valve and starts the discharge pump (or relies on gravity). The molten high-temperature sealing material is transported to the cracks in the pavement through the discharge hose with heating and insulation functions and the caulking handle. The operator holds the grouting handle and precisely grouts along the pre-treated (cleaned) road cracks. The sealing material fills the cracks under high pressure or gravity and forms a strong bond with the crack wall. After the melted sealing material cools and solidifies, it forms a tough, waterproof, and elastic sealing layer that effectively prevents moisture and debris from invading, completing the crack repair work.
