Operating procedures for electric wire saws

1. Preparations
1. Choose the appropriate electric wire saw: determine the model and specifications of the electric wire saw according to the material of the saw.
2. Check the electric wire saw: Check whether the electric wire saw has obvious damage or malfunction, if so, it should not be used.
3. Safety equipment: Wear safety equipment such as protective gloves, earplugs, goggles and protective shoes.
4. Determine the working environment: choose a firm, smooth, and debris-free working surface to keep the surrounding passages unblocked.
5. Adjust the electric wire saw: adjust the sawtooth distance and chain tension.
2. Steps
1. Before starting the electric wire saw, make sure that the handbrake and throttle are disengaged, and then insert the power plug.
2. First arrange the linkage device of the switch lock and the transmission device, and tighten the chain, and then turn the switch to start the electric wire saw.
3. Before the sawing operation, position the sawing machine to the joint, gradually slow down, insert the sawing teeth with the sawing cut, and the sawing machine gently downward to insert the sawing cut into the wood, and control the feed speed of the sawing machine according to the need.
4. After the sawing operation, turn off the electric wire saw and disconnect the power plug, and wait for the saw chain to cool before storing.
